Rua Kapa, owner and operator of Kapa Building & Roofing, is a talented builder and lead roofer with extensive experience in applying long run roofing materials and in roof replacement procedures. He has a long history in the building industry and has worked in the roofing trade for over 13 years - he has held different positions both here in Whangarei, Northland and Australia, first as an apprentice, long run roofer, foreman for Ngatai Roofing, and most recently qualified builder and site supervisor for Dave Millar Builders.
With hard working, responsible and reliable contractors we ensure all workloads undertaken are completed within a set time frame which is discussed prior to commencing any job. We exercise creative approaches to problem solving and are always on the ball with new techniques, materials and tools to ensure your job runs smoothly and is completed efficiently.
Although only a small company, our main focus is residential housing - renovations, repairs and extensions.
We also have skills and experience in completing architecturally designed builds, new roofing and re-roof repairs, custom flashing systems, cladding, gutters and downpipes. We would like the opportunity to talk more with you about your requirements - no job is to big or to small!
